Parks-Hall seeks to utilize the arts as a tool to uplift and unite those who are traditionally disenfranchised, oppressed and excluded across the globe. We believe that the arts area a primary tool in the struggle for progressive social change. We embrace artists of African descent as conduits for this change and in doing so will provide platforms for these artists to showcase and communicate their work.
