FREE Magazine is a free, bi-monthly arts and culture publication that showcases the work of artists of African descent, and makes their work accessible to underserved communities. FREE, launched in 2002, has quickly become the hallmark program of Parks-Hall. FREE has provided the organization with an international footprint, reaching thousands of readers in nine cities in three countries including Africa, Europe and the United States.
